How do I commission a piece?
A commission may begin in two ways — from an existing design in the archive, adapted to your taste, or from a single stone you bring to us. Begin with a video call or a written brief. The advisor will frame initial options; a deposit follows on confirmed brief; finished pieces are delivered in six to ten weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most of the world via fully insured, signature-required courier. See our Delivery Policy for transit times by region and notes on import duties.
What is your repair policy?
Every Ameyaa piece carries a lifetime offer of complimentary cleaning, polishing and minor adjustment. Structural repair is undertaken at cost. Write to ameyaimpex@outlook.com with photographs to begin.
Can I see the archive in person?
Yes — the atelier receives clients by private appointment. Write or call to schedule. If you cannot travel, our advisors are happy to walk you through the archive over a private video call.
Are returns accepted?
Stocked, non-commissioned pieces may be returned within fourteen days in unworn condition. Please contact your advisor, or see our Delivery Policy for the full terms.
